FAQs & Shipping

When will my order ship?

This website is exclusivly for preorders! Any other items I have for sale are listed on my Etsy! Please look at specific listing for estimated shipping dates. 
If there are any delays, notices will be posted on my instagram, or will be sent via email.

What do I use for shipping?
I use USPS for all of my orders. 

All orders come with tracked shipping.

Do you ship to ____?
I am currently NOT shipping to  the EU/UK/AU. If you're wanting to place an order from one of these locations, please go look at my etsy! 

My order didn't arrive?
Unfortunately, I have no control over the postal system. Once your purchase is shipped, I am no longer responsible for it. Sometimes there can be delays outside of my control, so please be patient with both USPS and myself. If your order never arrives, please contact me. In most cases I will do my best to replace it IF possible.

If an order is lost due to an incorrect delivery address, I will not replace the order. Please make sure a correct address is given at checkout!

My item was damaged in the mail?
Once the item is handed over to the post office, unfortunately I can't guarantee the condition of the package. I take precautions while packaging orders to try and ensure that it will arrive to you safely. If the item arrives to you in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact me with images of the damaged product. I will be happy to replace it for you. Please contact me within 14 days of arrival for replacement.

Do you accept returns?
I do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Unless the item(s) are damaged in transit. For damaged items - contact me within 14 days of arrival for replacement!
